As you listen to the instrumental music, and you feel comfortable to, you are invited to participate in this exercise.

Take a piece of paper, and name or illustrate the ‘birds’ that are stealing the seeds of God whispers from you. Fold it and place these papers inside a box/bin.

As you do this, prayerfully surrender these to God. Like the birds that come to steal the seeds, these disruptive and distracting thoughts and concerns are put at bay; and we can offer our time and hearts to reflect on and rest in God without it being ‘stolen’ from us.
